This policy describes what Wiyomi collects when you use the website at www.wiyomi.com and the Wiyomi desktop app. It also explains how Google account data is used when you sign in with Google.

Google account data

If you choose Sign in with Google, Wiyomi receives the name, email address, and profile picture that Google shares for sign-in. Wiyomi uses that information only to create and secure your account, show who is signed in, and send payment receipts.

Wiyomi does not ask for access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or other Google services. Wiyomi does not sell Google user data, does not use it for advertising, and does not share it except with the processors listed below when they need it to run the service.

Account and app data

• Your account id, name, and email, so the site and desktop app can recognize you.
• A device token that lets the desktop app stay signed in. You can sign out, which revokes that token.
• Plan, credit, and payment history for Solo and Studio.
• On a paid plan, the prompts you send to a model pass through Wiyomi to OpenRouter so the model can answer. Wiyomi does not use those prompts to train its own models.
• On the free plan, your own API key stays on your computer. Wiyomi does not receive that key.

Payments

Paid plans are charged in Indonesian rupiah through Midtrans. Wiyomi stores the plan, the amount, and the payment status. Midtrans stores the card or GoPay token used for renewal. Wiyomi does not store your full card number.

Processors

These services process data only to run Wiyomi:

• Google, for sign-in.
• Neon, for the account and billing database.
• Midtrans, for payments and renewals.
• OpenRouter, for model requests on Solo and Studio.
• Resend, for payment receipt email when email delivery is turned on.
